What About the FMCSA Clearinghouse?
For most employers, Clearinghouse responsibilities are closely tied to hiring and ongoing driver management. We believe those functions are generally best handled directly by the employer or HR team rather than being unnecessarily bundled into a drug and alcohol testing service. Employers may choose to designate a C/TPA for Clearinghouse queries or reporting when they want additional assistance.
Owner-Operators Are Different
FMCSA requires owner-operators to designate a C/TPA in the Clearinghouse. One Stop Forensics can serve as your designated C/TPA and handle required Clearinghouse violation reporting on your behalf.
We can also perform Clearinghouse queries for you when requested. Owner-operators may conduct their own required queries or authorize their designated C/TPA to perform them.
No membership or enrollment fee is charged simply for designating One Stop Forensics as your C/TPA. You pay only when an actual service is performed.
